Surplus Property

1. All Equipment will be sold on a "where is, as is basis".
2. All items must be paid for and picked up within 10 business days of accepted offer unless other arrangements have been approved by the University.
3. Payment may be made with cash or check for items under $2,500.00. Items $2,500.00 and over must be paid by Wire Transfer to the University.
4. Sales tax will be added to all sales unless an appropriate Sales Tax Exemption certificate is provided.
