New Student Enrollment
An individual is considered a new student if they have never taken any classes at K-State.
- Application
- Students must complete an online Application for Admission. Students must choose the Pre-College Enrollment. This application is free for pre-college enrollment. The application contains an embedded enrollment form to request classes for the next semester or the whole school year.
- Parents/guardians and counselors will receive an email to provide their digital approvals. Students need to follow up with their parent/guardian and counselor to make sure they approvals are completed by checking their application status.
- eID Creation & Verification
- Students will need to create an eID and password to access K-State systems including email. Please note, this eID is different than the login used to access your application status and materials.
- Two business days after being admitted, students should log in to their application status page to retrieve their Wildcat ID number (WID).
- Students need to log in to their eID profile and verify their eID. Students must use the WID number they have retrieved, not their social security number. View our Verifying Your eID help article if you need additional assistance.
