Problems? Try these steps!

If mobile device is not compatible with Rah Rah App

• You can still create an account and interact by visiting rahrah.app in a web browser on your phone or computer.

• Tap "Continue with Microsoft" and sign up using your eID e-mail and password.

• Select "Start Exploring" to get started!

• Email Josh Doak, jjdoak@ksu.edu, to let him know that you were unable to download the app and the reasoning why.

All other issues, contact:

• IT Help Desk with login issues with eID or download issues.
